From 6-8 March 2020 Diller Teen Fellows experienced a Leadership Shabbaton.

The aim of the Leadership Shabbaton is for fellows to gain more self-awareness and enhance their ability to make responsible decisions, communicate effectively and work in partnership to achieve shared goals.

Fellows were given the opportunity to apply these leadership skills to real world challenges in the form of a Shabbaton at High Africa in Worcester. Fellows had the responsibility to plan, prepare and self-manage the entire weekend. Led by Roshim Daniel Marsden and Tzioyona Cohen, they prepared all logistical elements such as accommodation, transport and food items. They ensured we had a spiritual and meaningful Shabbat experience and ran engaging, creative and educational units.

The Shabbaton was a great success! We are very proud of the level of teamwork, capability and responsibility all the teens displayed.
