Aspecial day on every Jewish student’s calendar is the annual Chabad on Campus launch event. This year’s launch event brought together over 120 Jewish students from universities around the Western Cape on the Mirage catamaran, to celebrate the start of a new academic year. The annual event also serves as a welcome for first years to their new Jewish student family and is an opportunity to learn about the various programmes on offer through their varsity career.
