Prominently located in The Mirage building, corner Strand and Hudson Streets De Waterkant, Burr & Muir has been operating for 35 years (since 1987) as specialist dealers in Art Nouveau and Art Deco (Decorative Arts from 1875 to 1940) and post-WWII design. We focus on Lalique glass, Galle glass, Art Deco sculpture, Clarice Cliff pottery, Art Nouveau silverplated wares and Murano.
We also have a second shop, Serendipity at 2 Mains Ave, Kenilworth, where we sell second-hand goods — antiques through to present day bric-a-brac — silver, jewellery, china, glassware, furniture, coins and medals, novelties, art and all things decorative.
