Jewish International (JI) Phyllis Jowell seeks a dynamic and inspiring Preschool Principal to lead and grow our early childhood programme with vision, creativity, warmth and professionalism.
We are looking for a community-minded, charismatic leader who brings a deep love for young children, a passion for Judaism and Torah values, and is looking to make a transformational impact on the Cape Town Jewish community.
The ideal candidate will be warm, child-centred, creative, and flexible, able to foster a joyful environment where every child feels valued and supported, and to lead a team.
This role requires a collaborative and visionary educator who can work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community to build a vibrant preschool programme rooted in Torah values. The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment and relationship-building, helping to grow and strengthen our preschool community.

- Teaching and/or School Leadership Experience
