About the facilitator
Rebecca Youngerman works with leaders and change makers in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors. In 25 years, she has built, trained, and managed multiple boards, and volunteered on more than a dozen non-profit boards. American born and based, she holds a Masters, BA and Certificate from the American Universityโs School of Public Affairs.
