It is surreal to be ending my second year as the Diller Teen Fellows Coordinator.
The second year of Diller Teen Fellows was an absolute success. Eighteen teens decided to embark on the Diller journey, preparing to discover themselves as people, Jews, and leaders. We shared a very special and life-changing year together exploring topics around personal Jewish Identity, Israel, Tikkun Olam, leadership, and peoplehood. It was incredible to see these eighteen teens go on such an important journey.
From the beginning of the year to the end of the year, every single teen experienced immense growth.
They all became more confident; learning where they stand personally and gaining clarity on the answers they still need on their journeys.
I am so excited to see where Diller Teen Fellows will go in Cape Town. This is such an incredible programme that has so much to offer our youth.
