As UCT closes and students return home, we find ourselves in an unprecedented situation.
It is a situation that no SAUJS committee before us has experienced and hopefully one that no committee after us will ever have to go through. Over the past year, we have aimed to bring students together. Now, without the ability to do this, we have to answer the question: ‘What now?’ As SAUJS, we will be working with the community to help address the difficulties that our community will face. We will be looking for volunteers among those students who we have tried to serve over the past six months.
