Reflecting on the last few months of work, the UJW Cape Town is proud of all the people we have been able to reach and are particularly inspired by our tireless volunteers. If you would like to be part of this dynamic, caring organisation please reach out to Vanessa at our office on 021 434 9555.
In the last couple of months we have donated soft toys, knitted goods, baby essentials, toiletries and emergency goods to our projects and others in need.
We have also brought young people together to play football and netball in collaboration with other organisations in our community.
Our Women’s Support Group has held empowerment workshops for organisations in the broader community.
Our committed groups have held fun, engaging fundraisers including the Simcha Group’s card and games afternoon and the Kesher Group’s
Quiz Night.
We brought people together to bake and ice cupcakes and donated them to wonderful beneficiaries for Mandela Day.
