By MARTINE KAWALSKY KATZ, Regional Director, South Africa
It has been a very busy and exciting time in BBYO South Africa. Our local chapters in Cape Town and Johannesburg have been bursting with activity, ensuring that Jewish teens are continuously having meaningful Jewish experiences. Over the past months we have hosted a Heritage Day workshop – engaging with our history as South African Jews – and an action soccer for our Alephs (boys), a spa day for our BBGs (girls), as well as a picnic in the Urban Park – just to name a few activities! We are gearing up to send a delegation of Leadership-focused teens to the International Convention in Denver, Colorado, and are very excited to share more international travel opportunities with our community in the coming months.

Keep up to date!
