Netzer’s Ha’masa Ha’galuti: The Diasporic Express

Netzer takes on the Natural History Museum

By HANNAH AVIVA

It’s been a wild adventure in Cape Town. That’s right! We held our annual Summer Machaneh in the city. Here are a few highlights!

Machaneh looked different from our usual summers, but it was such a blast!

We had our beautiful t’filah hike on Table Mountain on Shabbat, and a scavenger hunt at Kirstenbosch Gardens for our Tikkun Olam day.

Along with other educational aspects, we couldn’t leave out the kef. We all enjoyed a beach day and later in the week Moana 2 at the Labia Theatre.

Sadly, the last night we concluded singing songs together, had our disco and talent show – it was the best way to say ‘see you later!’

We will learn and we will do!
