This year, Temple Israel once again participated in Reverse Tashlich, an international initiative in which Jewish communities come together after Rosh Hashanah to care for the environment by cleaning up local waterways and public spaces.
It was inspiring to see our community join hands in this global effort, reminding us that renewal at the New Year also means caring for the world around us.
