While this October issue arrives after the High Holidays, it was of necessity completed before Rosh Hashanah and the start of 5768.
That being so, some of the articles and reports may appear to be ‘old news’, but that is, in any event, a feature of a monthly publication.
Still, we trust that readers will enjoy the issue, finding much in the mix to inform, enlighten and also to amuse, despite its comparative lightness (page-wise) when considering its September predecessor.
